Digitec's surface mount line includes the following equipment:
- DEK 248CE screen printer manufactured by DEK Printing
Machines Limited.
- Contact 3Z-80 SMT Placement Machine manufactured by
Contact Systems. Add-ons include gluer and Ball Grid Array (BGA) guidance
and placement equipment. The Contact 3Z-80 is rated at up to 13k chips per
hour.
- Conceptronic HVA 70 SE re-flow oven, manufactured by
Conceptronics.
Surface Mount Manufacturing Options:
- Option 1: Full management
Digitec provides the labor and equipment necessary to setup and run your
surface mount circuit boards through the entire production process.
- Option 2: SMT setup and supervision
Digitec would provide a technician to oversee the setup of the equipment
for the initial product run. Once your personnel are comfortable running
the equipment, you manage the startup, production and shutdown of the equipment.
All new production runs are setup by Digitec personnel.
- Option 3: Equipment Time Sharing
Your firm becomes certified on the equipment and fully utilizes the equipment
on your own. Full access to the equipment will be provided for member firms.
